Conscious Coaching is multidimensional, and energetic transformation is at the heart of it. I don’t know of any other coaching programs that have energetic clearing and elevation at the heart of them. Einstein said we can’t solve a problem from the level of consciousness that created it. Thus when we bring in both the wisdom of your highest self to guide you, and energy that is vibrationally beyond the consciousness that created your current situation, we have a perfect foundation for making lasting change and expansion in all areas of your life.

In addition, I have a unique gift of seeing the fullness of You – your own wisdom, mastery, power and gifts, far beyond any limitations of story, pattern, or problem. This master version of you is what guides us. I use laser precise insight (clair-everything) to illumine what you wish to show yourself from your Soul and Being, and then offer you the practical “how” to integrate, choose, and live it.

In Conscious Coaching, you will experience clearing, healing, and expansion through sound, conversation and energy. The vibrations that come through can be equal parts Quan Yin (supernal compassion), Kali (clear that shit out), Laughing Buddha (childlike play and joy) and Merlin (mystical alchemy).

Your transformation can be both ecstatic and challenging at times, just like any good training regimen can be! Clients report feeling like I’m their angel, experiencing beautiful altered states of consciousness, as well as being angry at me (mostly reserved for the one-on-one work, haha!). The latter tends to be when the energy is clearing a lot out. It can feel like a detox. And like shamanic medicine, it’s not particularly tasty, but is profoundly therapeutic. This too shall pass…and then comes the ecstasy of free flying.

In GEM, we have a conversation to see what you are interested in mastering and unleveling. We then create custom-tailored guides, practices, and processes for you to increase your mastery. Your energy transmissions support you throughout the week, clearing your interference, increasing your light-quotient, and connecting you with greater and higher vibrations within your body and around you.

Both GEM and Conscious Coaching include a good deal of clearing and guiding – through energy transmissions and intuitive perception and teaching, respectively. GEM is focused more on mastering skills and awareness, while Conscious Coaching is focused more on your journey into total well-being and freedom, meaning the full awakening of your small self, your higher self, and your transcendent presence.

I will not be your guru, because I practice non-hierarchy with everyone. However, I will be your elite guide.

Just as it wouldn’t do you any good if your trainer at the gym lifted the weights for you, it’s up to you to partner with the energy and tools to realize your heart’s desires. Your personal application transforms your relationship with your life, forging a new reality, the one you love to live.

I also will not guarantee your experience, because I’m not in charge of that – you are! Otherwise you’ve have handed your power to me instead of your own masterful soul and being. And I’m interested in your ultimate empowerment in the long run.

Most of my clients are mature men and women (either in linear time, as in 50’s and above, or soul time, meaning younger ones who are early-aware). They are smart, well-educated, and usually are guiding, leading and serving others. They are people familiar with energy and consciousness. They may be therapists or doctors, coaches or light workers. Individually I’m often a guide to leaders, a coach to coaches, and a healer for healers. My group work has a wider and more varied audience.

My clients know lots of information and have had great mountaintop experiences, but they aren’t yet living consistently from their highest selves, moment by moment. They lack the sweet spot of that pure alignment. Often they know what their snags are, they just don’t know how to get free of them. But they desire this with all of their hearts. They are ready. They are motivated. And they are amazingly powerful and beautiful souls.
