DAY 1: Love and Beauty
On this first day of our energy retreat, you’ll be expertly guided to create a space of loving kindness within that blesses you and the world! You’ll be immersed in an inner love bath, a sacred sanctuary full of beauty and grace. These are the seeds that then produce the beauty and joy of your life!
You’ll be discovering your personal energy essence of love and beauty to cultivate your connection with these powerful vibrations of life.
What does your inner garden grow? Flowers are one such symbol for me of the deep truth of our love and beauty:
- They are so true to their nature – perfect, whole and complete in being exactly what they are!
- They realize their perfection no matter what phase they are in – seed, bud, blossom or full bloom.
- They are beauty personified (and so are you!)
You’ll be given playful tools to help deepen your connection with your true essence of love and beauty, breathing it in like a full-bodied rose. There is such power in naming and claiming our beautiful, love-filled natures!
You’ll also be laser-guided to identify anywhere you are less that completely loving with yourself (thoughts, choices, actions, etc.), and given a navigational guide for re-routing that into pure love.
DAY 2: Joy and Play
Today we take joy and play as our guides – dolphins are pure symbols of this! Who doesn’t love dolphins? They leap for joy just because they can, they have sex all day long (literally, over and over while swimming!), and they use sound not only as communication but also as an orgasmic energy activation. The dolphin energy is full of mana (spiritual power), joy, play, breath and sound.
