Welcome back! We continue where we left off in my conversation with Paul, sharing more cosmic tuk-tuk gems.

5. About Bringing Information Forth at the Right Time

For many visionaries and cosmic teachers, there is a process of birthing foundations long before those foundations are built into the full structure. The information may be there and in view for a long time, and the visionary waits and watches for a particular alignment for when that information comes through and how. This alignment relates to time set, cultural and collective awareness, and the unfolding of a variety of energies. 

Many of the things that Paul brings through have been with him for a long time and are just now being incarnated. There is a great synthesis going on in his work through simultaneously channeling three e-books as well as a multitude of other endeavors.

6.  Spiritual Comfort Blankets

Many people are in search of spiritual comfort blankets rather than true transformation. Like a weighted blanket, such teachings and messages bring calm to the nervous system by explaining things. This comfort helps people feel better, but in the end initiates no change. They forget an hour later and then continue as they were before. Every spiritual guide (or health care provider, teacher, etc.) knows this one! “Can’t you just give me the Cliff’s notes?” “Isn’t there just an energy activation (i.e. pill) that will do it for me?”

7. The Vibrational Backlash Wave from Covid and the Vaccinations

We spoke about how humans still believe in the externalization of power, that something can be “done to them” and that it does not involve personal choice or will. 

Paul has witnessed many spiritual healers who opted to receive the vaccine and experienced adverse affects now offering their services to help others heal from vaccine injury. He sees a wave coming for the collective of emotional backlash to the “things done to them” through vaccines, Covid, and more. This will move many people’s energy into their sacral and root chakras, and thus they will be invited into another layer of processing, remembering, and reclaiming. 

One way to know that you are experiencing such a process is that you are engaged with an action that begins with “re:” Reclaiming, rebirthing, renewing, reviewing, remembering, etc. Anything with the prefix “re” relates to energies associated with your root chakra.

8.  On AI as Intelligent Art Without Awareness

Another way to think of AI is as Intelligent Art. In this sense, it is simply a current medium of expression. Just as when cartoons were first developed we didn’t look at them and say, “Well that is not real!” Or when someone made a painting, we didn’t look at it and say, “But that’s not a photograph!” AI is simply an expression of a synthesis of information, and it is the newest medium, and in this way it is not new, just the latest expression of an older thing.

Just as cartoons and paintings lack awareness, so does AI. It does not have the sixth sense of insight or intuition. If someone says they have an AI soul guide, what they have is a synthesis of information being fed to them, much of which they did not yet know. But that information does not carry insight or intuition, meaning it carries no awareness (at least not yet, muses Christine).

9. On Precise, Efficient Guiding of Others

I am always looking for the most effective ways to guide people. I posed the question, “I wonder what the most precise, efficient, and helpful ways to guide others in their ascension into the Christ consciousness would be?  Paul’s answer was that the quickest way to make a shift would be neural entrainment, i.e. mind control. These are the methods utilized by MK Ultra and other programs that impose an agenda or will (such processes are the Reptilians’ preferred method for control, for instance while the Arcturians prefer a different approach through one-on-one interaction).

I reflected that the individual approach, while a more tedious process, is in full integrity. Here the guide helps the client deconstruct their mental constructs and conditioning through insight, awareness, and will. The guide’s job is to provide the context, illumination, and vibrations from a higher octave to facilitate the shift. The client’s resulting freedom is a self-actualized embodiment of light (I think I’ve just described a good deal of mine- and perhaps Paul’s – work.

10. Potpourri Shorts

We spoke about how many souls are leaving their bodies and taking different pathways rather than staying the course through this rather rigorous Ascension evolution. 

We noted how everyone means different things with the same words. I recalled something I learned around public speaking: There are always three things being said: the words physically coming out of your mouth, the words you think we are saying, and the words that people hear.

We spoke about the human need to personify energies, whether that energy is a being such as Sekhmet or an Archangel such as Michael or Gabriel, when all of these beings in their purest form are simply energy.

(This brought to my awareness the first time Sekhmet channeled through and how I could not perceive her as a person. I could barely find her as a discreet entity. She was so different –  a field, one very close to what I would call the Source Field. It was difficult to translate those vibrations into words or even pictures. The further we go toward the Source, the center, the less distinct everything becomes).

And…Paul mentioned that the sunsets on Venus are a beautiful thing.

11. The Next Chapter

The message that repeatedly came through him from my higher self (this is how both he and I work, listening to others’ highest selves and guiding from there) was: “The greatest work is done at the lowest density.” 

This one will become another missive all on its own, as it ties in directly with a dream I had recently of a friend who left her body (she was young and her exit was a surprise). Since her transition she has made two dreamtime visitations, the latter of which is all around this topic. It also elates to a potential exit point of mine coming up soon. How’s that for a teaser for the next installment?

Welcome to the next episode of Conversations with Friends in High Vibrational Places with special guest Paul Dobree-Carey (PolarisAB).

Paul is an extraordinary guide and messenger, living equally in his star and human lineages. From thinking in geometry to highly attuned work with the energy of places, people and stones (he is a stone balancer, among many other interesting things) he offers deep service to the planet and cosmos. On the lighter side, he also wrote the playful and evocative “Kundalini Camel” song that I shared while in Egypt – you can find the reel on my instagram channel. I met Paul through Golden Light Journey. The first time I “saw” him, I didn’t know it was him, as what I beheld was a white lion bounding in to my meditation time. Fast forward to our first zoom meeting for our Egypt trip and I realized that lion had somehow been an emissary of Paul’s presence. Thus the adventures began!

Why This Conversation is in Written Form

If you’ve been with me for any of the Friends in High Vibrational Places series, you know the conversations are usually on video. Paul suggested that rather than record a future video talk, I simply write an article about a conversation we had just shared on the phone.

Our delightful call was 2 1/2 hours of non-stop information and energy, the contents of which would fill at least a dozen robust articles. So, I’m opting for the tuk-tuk version (tuk-tuks are Egyptian 3-wheeled ubers –  concise, efficient, and get you from here to there lickety split!) in two parts.

Part 1

1. The Nature of a Conversation with PolarisAB

To talk with Paul (PolarisAB) is to experience a constant stream of vibrational truth. The conversation carries information, yes, but even more it carries the energy within the words. This is the nature of words as information. They in-form, i.e. create form. So while we shared the information and the words, we also generated a field of experience which then invited a relationship with that field.

2. When the Message Gets Lost in the Messenger

Many spiritual aspirants these days learn from teachers via video. Paul’s experience is that while the student’s takeaway may be long on the feeling they experienced, it is short on retention that leads to actual transformation. Their experience often ends up being more about the messenger rather than the message. Thus Paul’s preferred media are written articles, fables, and songs and music videos that do not feature the face or the voice of the messenger.

3. On the Bodhisattva Mind, Plasma Light Body, Christ Consciousness, and Pele’s Upward Waterfall of Liquid Fire

Becoming the plasma light body is occurring in tandem with the magnetic pole shift of the earth (for those for whom this is their path). Another way to describe becoming our plasma light body is ionization.

Living fully in our plasma light body can also be described as embodiment of the Christ Consciousness. According to Paul, the Mahatma or Bodhisattva consciousness is the highest embodiment that humans can currently attain, vibrationally speaking. The Christ Consciousness cannot be fully embodied just yet because it is literally too much ionized light for our bodies, i.e. radiation (we can, however, readily live as our light-bodies when not in form).

One balancing factor for mitigating the increasing heat in the body via ascension (the kundalini rising and the embodiment of the plasma light body), is the breath. As we embody ever higher frequencies they must be met and cooled with the breath. With Spirit. 

(This part of the conversation led me to consider my name, Laria, which means spirit, breath, and song. I also thought also of the cooling of the ocean and how often I go there for grounding. This led me next to consider lava entering the water. It puts off massive amounts of steam, like a huge exhale, all part of the cooling as it solidifies into form in the depths of the sea.)

We spoke about when one is fully in the light body, such as Jesus was when he resurrected, the form is not necessarily recognizable as that person (thus Thomas and Mary not recognizing Jesus when they first encountered him after the crucifixion). This is because when we move into full embodiment of the plasma light body, we do not reassemble in the same visual that we were before. The information is different. He shared a visual for Christ Consciousness as an upward waterfall of light. I mentioned I’ve been taking inverted pictures of waterfalls for years, fascinated by the image of luminous water cascading upward. 

Interestingly, we witnessed a similar phenomenon on island recently through Kilauea – an upward waterfall of liquid fire (plasma is liquid light/heat). The energy of episode 23 was so different (as they all are, actually), like a birthing of the Christ Consciousness through a plasma form. At this point the conversation synthesized the upward waterfall of light of Christ Consciousness with Pele’s upward waterfall of liquid fire. A particularly beautiful moment for me.

4. A Caution for Consistently Channeling Very High Frequencies

For those who channel very high frequencies, it is important to regularly step out of that vibrational field. If you stay with a single vibrational field for an extended period of time and do not vary, it can fry your system to the point of disease, even cancer. For a body that has not yet moved into its plasma light form, such high frequency ionization is essentially radiation for the body. Thus it’s important to cycle in and out of these frequencies to prevent too much radiation. Paul is doing so by alternating the material he is channeling between the three e-books, rather than staying with one project until it is complete.

As a channel, I have learned that there is a process of acclimatizing to increasingly higher frequencies. We can only take so much at a time. Over time, we expand our vibrational capacity so that what once was too much becomes easy. 

Since so much of the work I do is channeling energy, I’ve also learned that I must give my body regular breaks from that work. To that end, I currently only do client energy channeling work Monday through Thursdays for the first three weeks of any given month, building in natural breaks from the high-frequencies. I learned this the hard way, of course, by being physically compromised by a heavier (i.e more light-filled) energetic schedule.
